Ferreyros and Buenaventura: 30 years of commitment with peruvian mining

Throughout its 30-year existence, the SIMPOSIO has been an opportunity for different national and international organizations to showcase their projects, products and services, as well as meeting important executives and leaders in the industry.
The Sociedad Nacional de Minería, Petróleo y Energía (National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy, SNMPE) would like to thank Compañía de Minas Buenaventura and Ferreyros for their support throughout all 15 editions of the SIMPOSIO, dedicated to promote the advancement of the mining industry in our country since 1994.
One of the milestones during these 30 years is Buenaventura’s initiative to involve young scholarship students from different Peruvian universities as participants in the different editions of the event, even giving them the opportunity to interact with leaders and businessmen of the industry.
In turn, Ferreyros has always been the main promoter of the link between our event and the Peruvian culture, encouraging inclusion of different cultural activities as part of the event.
Currently, we witness the great commitment shown by them towards the development and growth of the Peruvian mining industry. As an institution, we appreciate their contribution through their participation in the SIMPOSIO and in many other occasions provided by SNMPE.
